Cancellation Policy

L & M Physicians appreciates your efforts to be on time for your appointment. This courtesy is important given the time demands of our physicians as well as other patients.

We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment  for registration activities.

L & M Physicians requires a cancellation notice of 24 hours minimum.
